If for any reason you are not satisfied with your kmfantasy.com order, please follow the return policy outlined below:

There are no returns on candles or intimate wear. For all other merchandise, a full refund will be issued if returned within 5 days of receipt, or merchandise credit will be given for items returned within 15 days of receipt.

All tags and receipts/invoices must accompany the returns and all packaging must be in the same condition it was sent. Merchandise must be in new condition. Worn merchandise will not be credited.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on return items.

Returns are accepted through the mail only.
